According to Agile Admin, DevOps is a movement based on a group of concepts that through a framework, an expanded collaboration, and understanding between development and operations staff is achieved. The definition is pretty straightforward. However, it did not exactly say how it’s going to work. It did not say why it’s needed in the first place, and it did not explain why DevOps is a solution to an undefined problem.
This article is a compilation of resources to give a deeper understanding of DevOps. It is not enough to turn a nonprofessional to an expert overnight, but it is certainly a step in the right direction.
