Agile and DevOps: Out-of-the-Box now a Mainstream

Anyone who learned software development  is familiar with SDLC. For decades it is the methodology of software design and development and modeled after other successful building projects such as manufacturing and construction. But times have changed.  Things in the IT industry changed so much with end-user expectations that development and maintenance are no longer two different things handled by two different departments.
A new way to approach the demand evolved; as more and more companies adopt it, consumer expectations continue to go higher.
